Operated by the principals, not an account manager
A build-and-operate system for local service businesses and professional firms. We fix the intake, run the ads, and keep the marketing moving. Then we run it every month.
30 minutes. We open your accounts live on the call. No deck.
Inbound, last 90 days
No second contact
47
Four weeks later, one owner and a clock on every lane
The Problem
A snapshot got loaded eighteen months ago. Four workflows, two switched off, one sending duplicate texts. Nine hundred contacts and no owner.
The last agency built the campaigns and left. Conversions still count form fills, so the platform is optimising toward people who were never going to sign.
The one person who can quote it, close it and answer for it is also the one writing the estimate at nine at night, because nobody else can.
The Cost
An inquiry that never got a second contact is not a lost lead. It is a job, a policy or a contract somebody down the road is invoicing right now, and you paid to generate it.
What We Run
Everything below is built once and then run every month. On the call we tell you which two to start with, and which ones you do not need yet.
A site built in days rather than months, then kept current every month after. Fast, indexed, and wired into the intake from day one.
Creative rebuilt on a schedule instead of run until it dies, campaigns consolidated so the budget can learn, and conversions counted at booked work.
One inbox, one named owner, a clock on every call, form, chat and referral. Follow-up that answers what the person actually asked.
Posted consistently, in your voice, without you writing any of it. Approved by you before anything goes out.
Articles researched, written and scheduled on a calendar you approve, so the site keeps earning search traffic without anyone at your shop writing.
Ranking in the map pack for the work you actually want, with the profile, citations and reviews that decide it kept in order.
Getting named when somebody asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI overview for a recommendation in your trade and your town.
That is what the call is for. Thirty minutes, your accounts open, and an honest read on where the money is actually leaking.
Book a CallThe System
Four moves, live inside thirty days, whichever piece you start with.
One inbox, one named owner, a response clock on every call, form, chat and referral. Nothing waits until Thursday.
Follow-up that responds to what the person actually asked for, not one drip sequence written for everybody.
Conversions tracked back to signed work, so a campaign gets judged on revenue instead of clicks.
We do not hand it over and disappear. We run it monthly and report the number that moved and why.
Included
Three lines. Most firms start with one, and on the call we tell you which.

Straight Answer
Talos AI does not have a wall of case studies, and we are not going to invent one. What we have instead is a set of terms that make it cheap and fast for you to find out whether we are any good, and easy to leave if we are not.
We would rather you read a page with no results on it than a page with results we cannot show you the accounts for. The first client to finish ninety days becomes the case study, and it will have their name on it.
Deliverables
Every call, form, chat and referral in one view with an owner and a clock, and the campaign that produced it tracked through to booked work. Product view with sample data, not a client result.
Live sessions recorded, with written guides, so a new hire can be running it in an afternoon instead of asking you.
How you price, position, talk and handle objections, written down once and kept current. It is your document, not ours.
Ad accounts, the CRM and the website all in your business name with you as admin. If you go, the build stays in them.
Fit
Engagements are monthly and we work inside your accounts, so this only holds up when a few things are already true.

FAQ
Engagements are monthly retainers, quoted on the call once we have seen the CRM and the ad account. We do not publish a rate card because the seven services price differently and most businesses start with two, so a published number would be wrong for nearly everybody reading this.
You will have a real figure by the end of the thirty minutes, not a proposal that turns up a week later.
No. Engagements run month to month, and everything is built in accounts you already own, so leaving is a decision rather than an extraction.
No, and almost nobody should. Most businesses need two. Start with intake if the inquiries you already get are dying on the vine, with paid acquisition if there are not enough of them, with the website if the one you have is the reason people bounce.
On the call we will tell you which two, and which of the seven you do not need yet.
No. The pattern is the same whether you install HVAC or file trusts: the job is worth thousands, it closes on a conversation, and the weak link is what happens between the enquiry and that conversation. If that describes you, the system applies.
If you sell something under a few hundred dollars that closes without a conversation, it does not, and we will say so.
No. We work inside the platform you already pay for, in the account you already own. Nothing gets migrated into an instance we control, because that is precisely the thing that traps firms with the agency they are trying to leave.
Three things you can check on the call rather than take on faith. You hold admin on every account from day one. The monthly report names the specific number that moved and the reason it moved, rather than counting impressions. And the person selling you is the person accountable afterwards, because the firm is small enough that there is nobody else.
The ninety-day list of missed inquiries lands in week one and you will see it. The pipeline rebuild and tracking correction are done inside the first two weeks. Paid campaigns need a full cycle before the numbers mean anything, so judge those at sixty to ninety days rather than fourteen. The knowledge base and the drafting workflows are in your team's hands by day thirty.
It is built and it is new. We will run it live on the call so you can watch it produce a real draft from your own material. We are not going to show you client case studies for it, because we do not have a year of them yet, and a page full of invented results is exactly what made you distrust the last agency.
You do. Ad accounts are created in your business name with you as admin. The CRM build stays in your account. Creative, copy, audiences, and every document the drafting system produces stay with you when the engagement ends.
One forty-five minute call and one named person who can answer questions about how the firm sells. That is the whole ask. The engagements that fail are the ones where nobody at the firm owns the relationship.
The principals. There is no account management layer and no queue you get moved into after signing. That is a hard limit on how many firms we can take at once, not a sales line.
